  Multiple times I have called to get prices of services then you go in and the price magically skyrockets and they look at you confused with a I don’t know mentality. Definitely miss the good vibes from the crew that used to keep this place glued together.

  I had a very frustrating experience at this UPS Store. I waited for about 10 minutes while staff were clearly aware of me, but no one bothered to help or even acknowledge my presence. When I finally tried to get assistance, I was basically brushed off and not attended to. It felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Customer service should be a priority, and this location seriously needs improvement.

  Update 4/21/26. Over the past 2 weeks I've reached out to the store manager twice re: to their response to my review. Guess what? They haven't responded! My review stands. Can't recommend this location. I'd already purchased a label, and needed to provide the QR code which I could access from email and on eBay. The wireless service is the store is very poor, making it difficult to get online. On top of that they don't have WiFi?!? He said people go stand near the door of the store in order to get online. In any case, once I got online with a poor connection I happened to say that I'd saved the label and thought I'd saved the QR code. He proudly announced that if I can't produce a QR code, I have to pay $2 to print a label?!? Finally I was able to get the QR code, the label was printed and I left. I will say that if I was going to have to pay $2 to print the label I would've walked out. People are coming to this store from work, school, wherever and might've forgotten to save the QR code or print a label themselves. If this store had WiFi for customers it'd be a lot easier to retrieve our QR codes and labels, and not be warned that we'll have to pay $2 to print. My guess is that they do this on purpose to make it inconvenient, and to collect their $2. They probably make a lot of money with that scheme.
