Terrible customer service experience at this USPS location. From the moment I walked in, the employee was extremely unwelcoming. I said hello twice and received no greeting or acknowledgment back. I came in simply because I had already paid for a USPS shipping label, but the label was giving an error when scanned. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable—I just wanted to understand what was wrong with the label and why the package couldn't be shipped. Instead of explaining the problem or trying to help me find a solution, the employee spoke to me with a rude, aggressive, and dismissive attitude. It genuinely felt like she did not care about helping or even explaining what the issue was. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but when you're working with customers, basic respect and communication should still be expected. I left without a clear explanation and feeling completely disrespected. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. If you encounter this employee, I would personally recommend asking someone else for assistance. USPS should expect better customer service from employees representing them.

I had a terrible experience 😡😡at this location in and will never go back. The lady working at the front desk was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and had a horrible attitude. 😡😡She was busy talking on her personal phone the entire time and completely ignored me. . Customer service here is non-existent. If you need to mail something or get actual help, avoid this place and find another location. Extremely disappointing. She seriously needs to learn how to be nice and how to treat people with basic respect. Someone needs to remind her that this is not her personal post office. She is there to do a job and help customers, not stand around on her phone being rude. Avoid this place at all costs.😡😡

The worst post office ever—the staff wasn't friendly, and they couldn't help me print a shipping label
