- PGpamela helen gunchickJun 20, 20261.0For some reason this post office has been holding onto a package for five full days they received it at 5:00 AM and June 16th it is currently June 20th at 4:38 PM no movement in the tracking it's just sitting there but The thing is it's for me here in Rockford IL it's been sitting in Roscoe IL at this post office for five days now where is it why hasn't it been sent to Rockford for delivery to me I don't get it??

They take the time to have conversations with customers, and you can tell they genuinely care. I had stopped in to mail my save-the-dates for my wedding, and one of the clerks asked me about the big day and shared stories about his own wedding from years ago. It was such a sweet interaction. You don’t always find that kind of kindness and personal connection at every post office. :)

- LBLinda BurnsAug 21, 20241.0This is the second issue I have had with the Roscoe Postal Service. First, a package that was going to Chicago ended up in Indianapolis and delivered 3 weeks later. Second, an important piece of mail hand delivered to the Roscoe office on 7/29, addressed to Rockford still has not delivered. The frustrating piece is that you cannot talk to a "person" to discuss the issue. Totally unacceptable!
