- MRmaria rojasJun 16, 20261.0I sent a package to Mexico for Mother’s Day, i was told it was going to take between 3 to 5 days to arrive because i got the express priority option, but more than a month after and only because I put a report for the delay finally my package arrived, and with some of the items broken because there wasn’t put any fragile signs on the box even if I told them what it was inside. Not a good experience at all!
- BBBellieJun 5, 20261.0I always come here to do my packages and drop off and scan in through depop. the printer ofc was out of paper but doesn’t matter i don’t need a receipt and one of the workers is just harassing me telling me I can’t do that. I’m not sure if her name I didn’t really care either it was an Indian woman probably late 40s. She tells me the packages will get sent back if I use the packaging I brought with the depop label and I informed her i’ve been doing this for years no issues. She then proceeds to take a phone call on the clock and guard the drop off bin so i scanned them in got my labels and dropped off my packages outside;) I never come during the day this was ridiculous she’s acting like her paycheck is affected. I won’t be coming back though I rather go to the Joliet one anyway. The drop box is ALWAYS jammed and the place is usually a mess.
