She is extremely rude, keeps people waiting in line, and acts like she hates dealing with customers. This behavior is unacceptable.
- ADAnna DonatoJul 24, 20261.0Terrible service! If you're applying for a passport, do not go to this location! I spent an hour there, and they still handled everything incorrectly. My children's passport applications were delayed because of their mistakes. I'm still waiting for my daughter's passport because I had to redo the entire application. The employee who helped me the second time admitted that the previous person had done everything wrong. Even so, she had a bad attitude and claimed I didn't even have an appointment. She threw the paper with the day's appointments at me. I showed her that my name was clearly listed for my 3:30 p.m. appointment, and all she did was make an annoyed face.
