- PVPam VintikaJul 3, 20261.0The worst place they dint deliver your mail come up with lies so they don't have to have your house on the route manager lie and are rude yell at you and threaten to black list because the carrier cant make it threw some road construction and they are walking when you ask when you ask why you haven't got your mail in a few days it should be call the united state post office they do what that want and lie and anything to get out of work. I wish I could change past office.

So Frances had absolutely no obligation to put my new last names on a note so that my mail doesn’t get returned as I mailed my official change of address today. She was kind. Reassuring. Patient. And just so nice. I’m a former Navy Postal Clerk of 11 years. Customer service is #1. She has it mastered. And her trainer Rob I believe his name was, he was exactly like her. He was so nice and very happy about my compliments. Postal clerks are often disregarded and not appreciated. When we get compliments it feels so good. All that hard work. Blood sweat and tears. Was all worth it and somebody recognized. So thank you. From this Navy Veteran. Thank you so very much both of you!!!!! I look forward to working with y’all!!!
