  I called for information prior to going in and the information was spot on, when I stopped in the guys were amazing! One of the boxes was very heavy and he walked out to my car & carried it in for me. Amazing customer service

  I’m beyond frustrated with this company’s drivers. Every single time I have something delivered, it’s the same issue. My apartment building has a door code, and instead of actually using it and delivering my package properly, the drivers just throw my stuff outside of the apartment complex where literally anyone could walk up and steal it. Other wise they say they missed me and will deliver it the next day. This last time, I called customer service and they were actually helpful. They told me they would send the driver back out to properly deliver my package which, of course, never happened. I eventually got a call from the local facility saying it would just be delivered the next day. Sometimes it takes 3-5 “see you next delivery day” stickers on the apartment window, for them to actually deliver the package. The issue isn’t with customer service or the gentleman who called me working at the facility. My issue is with the drivers who apparently cannot be bothered to use a door code and properly deliver someone’s package. I have a family member who used to drive for this company, so I’m very familiar with how deliveries work. There is absolutely no reason my packages should continuously be dumped outside an apartment building and left somewhere they can easily be stolen. If I’m paying to have something delivered to my address, I expect it to actually be delivered to my address not tossed outside because someone doesn’t feel like taking the extra minute to do their job or the package being delayed an extra week. This has happened way too many times, and I’m sick of having to track down my own packages because the drivers can’t be bothered to deliver them correctly.
