  Placed an order with a clothing company and needed to exchange some items for a different size. They sent me a email and told me I could go to any UPS ship store and just show them the code and they would process it through Happy Returns. What a funny name, makes me giggle every time I say it. As soon as he scanned the first item, my entire order popped on his screen! It was so easy! I chose this location because it was in a good location for other errands I had to run. And I am glad I did! The young man behind the counter was professional, pleasant, cordial, wonderful and amazing, very sweet and helpful. I also had a separate package that I didn’t have any packing tape to seal and he sealed it up for me without making me buy a roll of packing tape. Thank you for that.   It’s a really one stop shop. They offer shipping, printing and other services. I wanted to get my passport photos done and they were able to help me with it. It was quick and affordable. Highly recommended!

  10/10. love a convenient one stop shop. was able to walk right in and get my documents printed, notarized and shipped with urgency. space was clean and neat. process was quick and easy. and customer service was top tier. utilize your small town resources yall!

Mo was incredibly responsive to all my questions and went above my expectations as he assisted with a project that felt overwhelming to me.
