A lady answers the phone and when I inquire about a piece of mail, she of course doesn't have the answers and directs me to a guy who basically says my mail that was supposed to be here 2 days ago cannot be found. He then suggests that I go about other ways to receive my mail. A paper check, use direct deposit. Utility bill, get your bill electronically, and packages might as well go through anything but there. Thanks Rodger, real professional. I am guessing by how hung over a few employees seemed, they have not completed sorting it, and its been sitting there untouched. I've heard terrible things. It's a shame. Anyone know who the site manager is? Hope she knows of all these complaints. Ill take my money elsewhere and suggest everyone do the same.

The Rock Falls Post office staff is some of the most helpful and friendly you will find in the postal system. I know people who go out of their way to do their postal business with this office.
