Go to the post office and they go in the back and fake look for your package and say they gone look into it and never do. Packages are coming up missing especially during the holiday times. I honestly believe people here are stealing the customers packages because how is things marked delivered and they never left the facility

Have informed delivery and it shows all this mail I should have gotten and nothing. Each time I call they say the carrier has it and you should get it, and I get nothing. This only happens when the regular carrier is off or on vacation. I'm always told from someone else at the post office because of Covid, but if they have it out on the truck why isn't it delivered 🤔
