**Unprofessional staff and zero management oversight**
I’ve had two terrible experiences at this location and will not be coming back.
My first visit was about a month ago. I arrived at 5:02 PM and the doors were wide open with the office looking completely empty and unsupervised. Since it was open, I walked in, yet the clerk treated me with total hostility, complaining that he "had to leave at 5:00." If the branch is closed, the doors should be locked; you cannot leave an office open and unattended, then be rude to customers for entering.
Today, May 1st, was even worse. I was trying to transfer funds on my phone to complete a payment, and the clerk—Paul, according to his nametag—started yelling at me. He demanded my "full attention" in a very aggressive and disrespectful tone, making it impossible for me to concentrate on my banking.
It eventually turned into a shouting match because of his refusal to be patient or professional. When I asked for his name, he refused to give it to me. It is deeply concerning that an employee feels comfortable screaming at customers and withholding his identity. Where is the manager? This employee clearly works without any supervision and has no regard for basic customer service.
Truly a disappointing and stressful experience. Avoid this place at all costs.

Edit: two star increase because the staff is very nice and took time to search for the missing mail. It’s still missing though.
They are constantly losing my mail or delivering it to the wrong address. A couple months ago they lost my daughter’s passport, and recently they lost my daughter’s state ID. Tracking for each state the mail was delivered but neither have arrived and yes her name is on the mailbox. These are both important pieces of documentation and identity that the postal workers are handling carelessly. This is completely unacceptable.

Went on Saturday 10 min before closing and the doors were locked . Only one customer in line. This is reliably the most surly PO employee Ever seen countered. I should have gone to Oak Park.
