- MFMagdalena FJun 29, 20263.029Jun2026 12pm Average location with poor greeting etiquette & customer service. This location has no ability to print "to and from" labels for priority mail. Additionally, they don't have a way to check if the address is valid. The greeting and the farewell were bizarre. There was no "how can I help you?". It was a consistent inquiry to "what do you want and need me to do to sent out this parcel?" What made this experience very jarring was the unprofessional negative bickering about another employee in front of me while I was handwriting the addresses as ordered from the front desk postmaster. The employee couldn't figure out what gender to say farewell to me, although she completed stating "have a nice day " to the other customers who just left without having to figure out ending the conversation with (Sir or Ma'am). Moving forward I will get the name of the employee I'm talking to rather than electing to give up my name when asked. "Don't hand me a pile of garbage and expect me to think it's a gift."

- JJjaneen jackewiczDec 21, 20211.0Haven't been to this post office in years as one of the workers constantly chastised me for not going to McHenry with preaddressed parcels from ebay, even though Johnsburg has no post office. ( not Sue though, she was always wonderful). Yesterday McHenry was full out the door and the parcel bin jammed. Didn't want to stand in line as a fair number of customers were not masked so went to Ringwood. Imagine my dismay to find that the workers there weren't masked either in clear violation of governors orders. This in the face of a massive surge of an extremely contagious new variant. I know McHenry is red country, but wasn't prepared for federal government workers blatently disregarding the mandate. Won't be back.
