All of them say "delivered" when you enter the tracking number online but then just arent outside or in front of my apartment at all. They just scan it so it says delivered but then dont care about getting your item delivered. I've also had so many envelopes torn/forcefully shoved into the mailbox that has destroyed/torn items. I wish UPS would become the main mail carrier instead because they actually seemingly care.
