Once I called because my package was left in the wrong locked mailbox. An employee actually went and got it and delivered it to my door. Thank you and God bless you!!

Not only did the post office NOT forward our mail - they allowed it to pile up inside the Port Byron Post Office ——and no one noticed! Not even after we called a couple of times to complain!! And this wonderfully incompetent institution (and absolutely useless group of employees) has the gall to continue to raise their rates!!!! FOR WHAT. Their motto is: “Neither rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds” They should adopt this new one!! “You’ll get it when we get our act together—MAYBE”
