Worse Fedex location I’ve ever been to. Went to drop some packages off and the lady supervisor had such an attitude. My boxes needed more tape and she acted like she didn't want to provide tape saying I’ll give it this tike but next time I’m not taking it like this.. there were other ppl in there and she just seems frustrated clearly didn't want to be there. What a joke this location is. I was telling my lady friend about it and apparently she (Fedex person) is the manager and her name is Shay. My friend went on to say she no longer goes to this location because of Shay. I definitely wont be going back. Never have this type of experience at other Fedex locations. Looking at these reviews I’m surprised she still has a job!!

Terible fax service. Everytime error. But they will charge you anyway for half pages faxed.

Worst customer service experience. The female associate working here makes every excuse not to do her job. I came in to drop off a refused delivery, and she claimed she was "off the clock" and told me to return another day because it was too much work to call in. When my brother went back a few days later, she gave another excuse claiming this is a franchise and they can't take care of it. Completely unprofessional, lazy, and rude. Save yourself the headache and go to a different FedEx location.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had. They don’t know how to communicate properly, they can’t provide accurate information about the location of my package, and they have no respect for their customers.

BEWARE—DO NOT BRING VALUABLE ITEMS TO THIS LOCATION. On July 6, 2026, I dropped off a new MacBook and its charging cable at the FedEx location near Route 59 and 127th Street in Plainfield. I paid this location to package the computer and provided the shipping label. When the package arrived, the recipient called to tell me that it contained old schoolbooks instead of the MacBook. I was absolutely shocked. Somewhere after I handed my computer to this location, it disappeared and was replaced with books. I filed a formal claim with FedEx three weeks ago and have not received a response or update. I have also repeatedly tried to contact the location’s manager, Shay, but she has not returned my calls. The complete lack of communication and accountability has made this disturbing situation even worse. I trusted FedEx with an expensive computer, and it never reached its destination. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that customers avoid bringing valuable items to this location. I expect FedEx to investigate what happened, review the security footage, respond to my claim, and take responsibility. Shame on you, FedEx. Do better!
