  This is the place to come! Ever since this location in Peotone has opened earlier this year, I’ve had nothing but wonderful customer service. I usually go when Ashley? (I think that’s her name) is working during the weekday mornings. She is fantastic and is always so darn helpful when I am having any issues trying to figure out how to ship out stuff. 10/10 recommend!

  Today while attempting to ship a package from this location I was yelled at in a very combative manner. The person working was rude and aggressive from the second I walked into the store. He told me it was extra money to tape a package. He would not listen to anything I had to say and instead yelled that he pays for the materials. Once I visited another location I was treated with kindness and told that it is not the policy of UPS to charge extra for tape.

  Drove here 20 minutes away on a Saturday, got there at 4:50p they close at 5p. Try to open the door, locked. The girl behind the counter says "Closed!" I respond with "It's not 5pm." She looks down and responds with "Already shut the computers down." Don't use this location, find a more established location that's better suited to their customers.
