  My go to spot from now on! I don’t know what the girls name is that works in the AM shifts during weekdays but she rocks. I’ll def be coming here from now on for all my Amazon returns & shipping needs!

  Great customer service from Ashley every time I visit. I make sure to go when I know she is there which is usually Monday thru Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm because it seems she is the only one who knows what she’s doing. Any time I have went and she wasn’t there, I’ve always had an issue. She is so kind, helpful, and always puts a smile on my face with how well her customer service always is. Hats off to having her as an employee. I also love that this location is so close to home too! Overall 10/10 recommend

  Went in to try and return two Amazon items, as I was walking up to the door, the female employee was coming out. When she saw me, she rolled her eyes, had a big sigh, and went back in. No hello, nothing. Barely said two words other than snapping at me about which item was for each QR code, as I was literally in the process of telling her, snapped again with an attitude “I got it”. I was clearly made to feel rushed and like I was inconveniencing her. I don’t know if she was just having a bad day but it was extremely unprofessional and uncalled for.

  Tried to go TWICE during business hours this week only to be met with a “sorry, we’re closed” sign. What’s the point of business hours if you don’t hold them?? I’m not even willing to attempt a third visit. I’ll have to drive half an hour out of my way to the next location just to be able to conduct business.
