Evil Robot Tattoo Woman: To start, I am ALWAYS kind and patient and stayed that way throughout the whole experience. I went yesterday to return 3/4 boxes of product that I ordered from a company. The company sent me a return label, which I printed and brought with me. In the email, it reflected three packages, but there was only 1 label, so I went here instead of a dropbox, to see if they had to switch boxes or print the same label over, or just see what needed to be done, just to make sure all boxes were accounted for. We carried all 3 heavy boxes in, then waited in line for a long while. Both CSRs took their time (loooong) but were polite to the customers, who were paying hundreds to ship a box and hadn't paid until then , but VERY RUDE to everyone else. I finally got to a woman, with jet black hair and both arm sleeves of tattoos. I barely began explaining the dilemma and she immediately and with an attitude said "so are you paying for the other two boxes!?" I said no this is the label that i was sent for all 3, sent by the company, for the return (same order, same product). So, as I explained and attempted to show her the email where it said (Quantity: 3), so we can figure out next steps or what to do, she just cut me off an said "NO, WE CANT", then the same thing like 4 times in a row, each time i attempted to ask a question for a solution.. "You have to have 3 labels", louder and more rude each time, like an evil robot with a glitch and no intelligence. No advice, no solution, just rudeness and an ugly attitude. I went outside, got my phone and came back to the other side of the room near my boxes and called the company. At the same time an older man, who I believe was manager, came and kindly asked if I needed help, to which I said yes thank you because the other woman was unable to help. He assisted me as I was on the phone with the company, who sent me three more labels right there, he printed them right there, taped the boxes, and attached the labels. He was patient, kind, and solution oriented. Thank goodness for him because that place could not run with the two other front desk people there. I heard the man next to evil robot tattoo lady TOTALLY dismiss a woman, who was trying to track a package she paid for that was missing. He was flippant and said she can talk to a manager soon and he doesn't know (or care apparently), a CUSTOMER next to her tried to ask a question to assist the woman she did not know and was not being paid to help. The man told her "You, this is not your business, and you, you can wait for the manager like I said!" What in the horrible customer service? Those two need to be fired or put in the back somewhere away from humans.
