  I’ve been to this location three different times, and each time the experience has been disappointing. First, I was told shipping to Mexico is difficult and unreliable, with no alternatives offered. The second time, I was only given the most expensive option (Worldwide Express), without being informed of other options. Today, I completed everything through the app, which says to simply present the code in-store. However, I was told their system couldn’t print the label and that I needed to do it myself and come back with it already printed, without any real assistance or guidance. Overall, the staff seems unwilling to help or guide customers. I expected a shipping store to make the process easier, not more frustrating.

  Very frustrated, because I went in to do an Amazon return and asked if someone would please help me as I had a large box and I was just stared at by 3 employees, one of them held the door for me, which I guess was why you're getting 2 stars. I do understand that I am a self-sufficient woman. But when I asked for help, it would be nice if one of the strong men would have helped me.

  Used them for temporary mail address now they won't let me change my address from there. The employee was rude and screamed at me. Now I have not received any of my mail for months! They need to stop holding my mail from me so I can receive mail at my new address!!

  I’m very frustrated. Delivery driver didn’t ring door bell so delivery wasn’t left due to needing signature. Then instead of trying again the following day they automatically said it needed to be picked up they even put pick up address. I called ups to see if we would be able to put up that day they said we would not but it would be available the next day. We go the next day and are told it’s not there because it was taken back to the hub and they aren’t open Saturdays so it wouldn’t be at the pick up location till Monday. Now don’t you think if you are leaving a ticket stating where to pick up you would date it for the day you are able to pick it up? Also I called and explained everything to the person at the location and they told me it would be there to pick up next day.. I now have a very sad little boy as this was his birthday present he’s been patiently waiting for. Training to understand what days of the week packages will actually be in at the pick up location and for delivery drivers to try delivering twice before sending to pick up location.

  Always polite and courteous and very Friendly. They take care of all of my shipping and Business needs. Have made several of my business cards on short notice and they do an exceptional Job! Highly recommend.
