- MWMark WebbSep 22, 20265.0I bought an office chair. They have a huge variety of chairs that you can try out before you buy. I also bought a paper shredder. It was a little pricey but it does the cross-cut which I need. They are one of the few places that carry Soda Stream syrup.
- CGChris GraySep 19, 20265.0Matched price for HD ink without hesitation.
- CHChris HarrisonSep 4, 20265.0Came in to school shop and my daughter and son both have disabilities that require patience. I really appreciate the front worker Ray for speaking so kindly to them and even helping them pick the poekmon cards they wanted. Great service from her, means a lot from Pekin
- KNKortni NeavearAug 26, 20261.0The cashier was extremely rude from the moment I walked up. She barely spoke, mostly mumbled, and repeatedly glared at me. When I asked the manager about the return, she acted like my question was a huge inconvenience. She rolled her eyes at me, told me I would need the original receipt, and then literally walked away while calling another employee over to help me. Thankfully, the employee who came over was very kind and helpful, and actually treated me like a customer instead of an inconvenience. Ironically, the employee never even looked at the receipt the manager insisted I needed. I completely understand that policies exist and that employees have to follow them. What I don't understand is why a simple customer question was met with such an unprofessional and disrespectful attitude. A little courtesy and basic customer service would have gone a long way. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. The second employee deserves recognition for being helpful and professional, but the interaction with the cashier and manager was enough to make this a very unpleasant experience.
