When tracking packages, instances of receiving text alerts that carrier could not "access" my home to deliver my packages. A flat out lie. One particular instance of " no access", my husband was in the front yard landscaping, and I was in the front room with the door open. Filed complaints with postal inspector and local Park Forest office. No resolution. If anything, it's worse.
