It then returned to the Palatine facility on 08/23 at 10:36 AM (?) and the last update was on 08/24 at 9:28 AM saying that it is "processing" in Palatine.
- BTBert TurnerAug 22, 20265.0Mail pickup at the outside drive-thru drop box is at 6:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Wish I could add this information to the hours, or services but Google has no capability for me to do so.

However, I can’t open the box because every time I go there, there is no one to take the documentation and give me a key. I have tried 4 times in the past month, 2 times at around 1pm and 2 time at around 11am. Every time they say that the people who can do that for me have already left.
