The worst post office you’ve ever been to the rudest people when you’re asking for help they try to treat you stupid when you’re following the instructions and their system so annotated and out of date that they can’t adjust to it dealt with a supervisor which I had to wait for 15 minutes with was no help because an older lady with glasses that was closing talk down to me very unhelpful very unprofessional. I hope the post office closes. They lose their jobs.

Octavia handles passport applications and she was amazing! I came to this specific location based on reviews about her. Great customer service, personable, and very friendly. If you are going to apply for a passport, I suggest making an appointment at this location. She will take great care of you. Thank you, Octavia! You can complete your application online and print it out (this is the easier option). Otherwise, you can fill it out in person when you arrive. Be sure to bring a valid ID or driver’s license, along with your birth certificate or a certified copy. They will need to send the birth certificate in with your passport application, but don’t worry, it will be returned to you. Also, bring a credit or debit card to pay the passport and processing fees. If you plan to have your photo taken there, bring some cash as well, just in case they only accept cash for photos. If you come prepared, the process should be quick and painless!

This is truly my favorite USPS location nearby and I will always try to choose this one! I send lots of cards and letters with wax seals which means they need to be hand cancelled and that postage is precarious! I’ve had issues with it at other USPS location but at this one, they’ve only ever taken it with stride. There’s a gentleman there (I can’t recall his name) that is always so upbeat and kind. Once he even helped me double check I had the right postage for future cards even thought it was a busy Saturday and it took a little extra calculation. Even right now when I dropped some off with a different employee, she was very open and helpful and immediately told me that the hand cancelling was not an issue. I’ve had other USPS turn me away with these cards even though I’ve scoured their policies online and tried to ensure I do everything correctly. I’m so thankful that the staff here is understanding, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about mailing in unique situations. Thank you so much to the team here, you don’t know how much I appreciate you!
