- JHjay hurhMay 27, 20261.0Had a date scheduled through their website and took the day off the receive the shipment, but the shipment delivery time past 10:30-14:30. That time past and then they send a text to change the delivery date after the delivery time past. It would be reasonable if they can’t deliver the shipment then a notice before would be professional but not even that. Now they are denying that the date that was scheduled was not even the date scheduled and I have digital evidence that it was schedule. All I can say is totally unprofessional and warning to all future customers!!!

Very rude and weird way to start a interaction, sad to see that Sam’s Club has dropped their customer to such a low level by sub contracting you all
