- CDCarla D’ApuzzoMay 8, 20261.0The absolute worst company ever. If you purchase anything that is supposed to be delivered by these people, you're better off canceling the order. They are not transparent with scheduling or rescheduling, and they repeatedly fail to complete deliveries with zero communication. If you want any information about why your order has not been delivered, expect to spend hours on their phone line speaking with unhelpful customer service agents.

People working there are very welcoming and professional. In my case I had 1 pallet, in and out in 10 minutes. Btw my truck gps had hard time to locate the place. Goggle map will lead you perfectly. Don’t pass the Big AIT sign. That’s where you enter and exit is on the back side. Thank you AIT. Keep up the good work 🫡
