Sending patrons to use the kiosk because the system is down is understandable but to sit and watch the clock hit close time and not help in any way whatsoever when the kiosk is clearly stating “see associate for help” is ridiculous!

Staff is incredibly rude and lazy, they had multiple customers waiting upfront who needed assistance and called out for them multiple times but refused to answer until their convenience. I wouldn’t have even had to go to the counter if their lobby bin was open 24/7 like ALL the signs say!! but locked for some reason so again only at their convenience…..
