- LRLauren RodigJun 2, 20261.0Absolutely worst location I have ever been to. I dropped off 5 packages on 5/26 and only 1 was scanned in the other 4 never picked up tracking. I went in 3 days later and waited in line for 30 minutes as the location opened late due to a call off. There was no sign posted or anything indicating this delay. The clerk that did come in was extremely rude to the people who had already been waiting. When I asked her what happened to my items she said that location often does not scan their packages dropped off because they do not have enough staff to do that. She assured me the tracking would likely pick up over the weekend. They never did, I had to issue 4 refunds and file official claims. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Every question is answered like we should have known. Many times I would go only to be told that they are doing a passport and to come back in 45 minutes. Lol I just went to ups, paid a dollar more and at least know my stuff won't get lost and will get delivered on time.
