I come in person (on Monday) to pick it up and got screamed at by a worker while being told “the mail is not on hold” repeatedly. There is clearly some miscommunication going on between workers because one worker assured me my mail is on hold, while the other is screaming at me that it is NOT and has never been on hold. Really upsetting experience
