- JKJessica Kaminsky4 days ago1.0Dropped a letter in the collection box in the front of the post office 2 weeks ago and it was either lost or never mailed. Called to ask about it and was told there was nothing they could do and I was out of luck. Unfortunately, that means I can kiss the money I had spent on the gift card that was in my letter goodbye… Also not sure how you manage to lose a letter that’s literally in the collection box in front of your own building.

I see a lot of negative comments about the employees and the management in the post office don’t do any better or they don’t care because they are getting paid regardless so screw us the tax payers. The employees they are very rude and lazy I’m not coming back even if I pay extra to other carriers.

Before Amy saved the day, another employee (who was immediately irritated that we existed) had turned us away, based on inaccurate & not up-to-date info about the process. But Amy came to the rescue, confirmed what I thought I'd accurately read, and saw to the task with aplomb, cheer, & good humor. She 100% turned a sour, failed experience with my 16yo into one that brought joy & got our passport paperwork successfully on it's way. To Amy!!!
