  I had a really great customer experience at this location. I used this location for printing services, it was my first time there and I appreciate the quick turn around time with the job and friendliness with the staff ! Will definitely be back

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wow! I am soooo pleased with the FedEx Orland Park team! But I have to give a VERY special shoutout to Linda!!! 🙌 I needed something printed AND cut to a very specific size, and honestly, I had no clue how it was going to turn out. I knew what I pictured in my head, but that was about it! 😂 A sweet young lady started helping me first. I completely forgot to ask her name, but she was wonderful! Then Linda stepped in and truly made it happen. I showed Linda what I was imagining for the final outcome, and she took the time to listen, walk me through everything, and help me figure out what would work best. AND I was in a time crunch because I needed everything printed that same day! Well… guess what?! It turned out even BETTER than I imagined! That kind of customer service deserves to be recognized. Everything is so fast-paced these days, and it’s not the norm to have someone really stop, listen to what you’re trying to accomplish, and genuinely want to help you get it right. Thank you to BOTH ladies for taking such good care of me. And Linda… you made my day!!! 🥰 I’ll definitely be back. Yes, for the printing… but mainly because of how I was treated. ❤️

  Utterly useless staff. What's the point of having staff if they're just there to tell you to do it yourself. With the prices FedEx charges the staff should be able to create a shipping label for me.

  I had an important print job and was well taken care of by the duo on shift on July 11, 2026! While I was there I listened as they took care of customers with kindness and professionalism that was admirable! I don’t leave reviews often but they were so excellent I had to share!

  The original FedEx location I visited would not accept my shipment, so I went to another location the following day. I was shipping a laptop and charger that were already packaged and secured with bubble wrap. The box and prepaid shipping label were provided by my employer. When I entered the first store, an employee stopped me and asked what I was shipping. I told him it was a laptop and charger. He then told me that I could not use the box provided by my employer and that I needed to use a FedEx-branded box instead. When I approached the counter, another employee asked for an account number. I explained that I did not have one because my employer had provided both the box and the shipping label. The laptop was securely packaged, and the employee never even scanned the shipping label to review it. Instead, I was told that without an account number, I would need to purchase a new shipping label and a new box. As a result, I left the store. Assuming this might be company policy, I called FedEx Customer Service and asked whether a FedEx-branded box and an account number were required to ship a package with a prepaid label. I was told that neither was required. The representative explained that as long as the item was securely packaged, the shipment should have been accepted. The next day, I visited a different FedEx location. They immediately accepted the package and told me everything was set. I also asked them whether a FedEx-branded box or account number was required. They confirmed that neither was necessary and said they were unsure why the other location refused the shipment. They also stated that since the laptop and charger were securely packaged with bubble wrap, there should have been no issue accepting the package. Based on my experience and the information I received from both FedEx Customer Service and another FedEx location, the handling of my shipment at the Orland Park location was concerning and did not appear to follow standard procedures.
