  My latest visit was Saturday, October 3, and I’m tired of the consistently unpleasant service with the African American female working this day, always a problem with her at this UPS location. The employee I’ve dealt with repeatedly has an attitude every time I come in, making even a simple visit frustrating. I expect basic courtesy and professionalism, and that has not been my experience. I would give zero stars if it was possible I’ve only continued coming here because it’s convenient to where I live, but convenience no longer outweighs the poor treatment. Going forward, I’ll use another location or a different shipping service altogether. Based on my experiences, I recommend going elsewhere.

  Everyone at this location is great and friendly! Special shoutout to Jason who I’ve had help me out a few times with international shipments! His patience and knowledge is so appreciated! Thank you, Jason :)

  I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Kia for the excellent customer service she provided. She was incredibly patient, helpful, and attentive while assisting me with sending a birthday package to Canada. She took the time to make sure every detail was just right and that everything was perfect before I left. Kia went above and beyond, and her kindness and professionalism made the entire experience so easy and pleasant. Thank you, Kia, for your wonderful help and for making sure my birthday package was sent with such care!

  If you are looking for a place to print documents, avoid this one. They are useless in this regard: you have to log in to your email on an unfamiliar computer, effectively handing over your personal data. That’s not for me, unfortunately. The standard method—simply emailing the documents—doesn't work here.
