  This was our first time going to a DHL Express Service Point to send a package internationally. Tao was super helpful, personable; and really helped us feel comfortable with the process. Overall, exceptional experience and would highly recommend.

  The 3 stars are NOT a reflection of shipping services. I drove to this location on Saturday from Old Irving Park (website indicated open). Deadline to ship a document to Asia was on Saturday. I called and the voicemail greeting did not advise of business hours. I do acknowledge that some businesses, but not all, were closed due to the Juneteenth holiday weekend. Updates to the website hours and voicemail greeting would have helped to save time.
