Instead of doing his job, he acted as though helping us was beneath him and treated us like an inconvenience. He made no effort to assist, remained seated the entire time, and showed a complete lack of professionalism or basic customer service. Rather than addressing the issue or directing us to someone who could help, he stayed disengaged and unhelpful. What made the situation worse was that he then left his post entirely and never returned, leaving us without any assistance. This is not just poor service—it’s a failure to perform the most basic responsibilities of the role. This kind of behavior reflects very poorly on the business. Staff in customer-facing positions should be respectful, responsive, and willing to help. That standard was clearly not met here, and it raises serious concerns about accountability and management oversight.
