Toni was disrespectful and rude, passive aggressive, and seemed unbalanced. She yelled at me, pushed my packages around, snapping, "What's this?!" At the Korean address I had written down. She proceeded to also have a hard time finding an address for a package I was mailing to Virginia, saying the information was incorrect but finding it on her computer after another try. I didn't find her reliable with her telling me I had to write everything in English to mail internationally. (I've shipped to SK before without an issue.) She continued by telling me she couldn't ship any of it until it was taped but I had to purchase tape. I said I'd take it home and tape it myself. She stares at me and asks, "So you have tape at home?" I answered yes. Honestly, a person that has a hard time finding Virginia on the computer is not someone I'd believe with the process of mailing anything overseas. She also snapped at me for filling out more than the necessary paperwork (Because how dare I, right?) and said in an accusatory tone, "Where did you get this!?" I was polite and gentle with her but told her I would take everything home and try again later. She then dismissed me and turned to the customer, "Next? I am so sorry you had to wait for that." What did I honestly do to deserve that treatment? I'm filing a complaint with USPS.
