The staff were genuinely helpful from the start. They walked us through the documents, helped take the passport photo, and handled everything with a friendly, easygoing attitude. The whole process was quick and smooth. She clearly explained what happens next and made sure we didn’t have any questions before we left. No confusion, no hassle. I’ll be honest—I was a bit skeptical after reading some of the negative reviews, but that wasn’t my experience at all. Everything felt well-run and efficient. Would definitely recommend.
