I went to drop a package off. Taylor told me I had to leave because I had a dog and the dog could not be in there. I stated that it was a service dog. Taylor asked if it had service tags on it. I replied yes Taylor was like make sure it doesn’t bite anyone. Taylor just kept coming after me with comment after comment. Taylor left counter and I had a pleasant chat with the two ladies behind me about my service dog. My turn at the counter I told the lady behind me to go ahead I was waiting on the gentleman to wait on me. Taylor had to make another disrespectful comment toward me. Then she made another comment toward me I was like just drop it. By now I’m upset with her comments and my voice got loud. She told me I had to leave or she’d call the cops. I was like call the cops and went to depart. I asked her her name and she showed me her badge. When I lend in to see it Taylor stated stay away from me. I was on my way out and Taylor was still talking shit about me. I’m a Disabled US Army Vet of 32 years and I have a service dog (Mocha) who has been with me for over 3 years. I don’t appreciate the customer service I received here for an unprofessional postal worker Service dog are allowed in the building and has been here a number of time and never had a problem till today. Went to mail a package today 9 July 2026 @1228. A gentleman named Cleveland waited on me and my service dog Mocha. Cleveland has waited on several times in the past. He is nothing but professional and pleasant. Thank you Cleveland for an amazing experience today mailing my package

post office seems to go out of its way to make things inconvenient. For example, I couldn't purchase a gift card unless I paid with cash or inserted a debit card. In a time when most businesses accept Apple Pay and other contactless payment options, that was incredibly frustrating. Beyond that, the customer service is consistently disappointing. The staff often come across as rude and unhelpful, and every visit leaves me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Going to the post office shouldn't be a stressful experience, but unfortunately, that's how it feels every time I have to come here. I hope management takes steps to improve both the customer experience and the attitude toward customers.

The lack of concern is concerning.

Rude. That's it. If the self service kiosk doesn't work just find somewhere else to mail your package unless you want to be talked down on by someone who can't speak louder than a church mouse.
