- ARAnthony RafalowskiAug 3, 20261.0I came to this post office to schedule an appointment to renew my passport and specifically asked what documents I needed to bring. The employee told me to bring my physical driver’s license and birth certificate and said I did not need to bring my old passport. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told I actually needed photocopies of my driver’s license and birth certificate, and that I should have brought my old passport as well. Because I was given incorrect information, I had to leave without completing my appointment and wasted a significant amount of time. I understand mistakes happen, but staff should provide accurate information for something as straightforward as passport appointments.

The other taller African American lady with short light hair and glasses is much nicer. This rude lady should be putting mail in boxes or sorting mail, not dealing with customers.

- PCPaco CastroOct 26, 20151.0HAVE HAD THREE MAJOR PROBLEMS WITH THIS OFFICE, FIRST THEY WALK IN AND THROW THE MAIL ON TABLES THAT EVENTUALLY FALL BEHIND STUFF AND CAN NEVER MAKE IT TO US ON TIME. THEY DELIVER IMPORTANT CHECK DO DIFFERENT OFFICES IN THE AREA AND RESULT IN US HAVING TO GO PICK THEM UP. NOW WE HAVE PACKAGES THAT DON'T MAKE IT TO US. ACCORDING TO THE OFFICE RECORDS, THE PACKAGES ARE DELIVERED AND RESULT IN US NOT BEING ABLE TO MAKE A CLAIM ON THE OBJECTS. THIS PLACE HAS A PROBLEM WITH THEIR SYSTEM AND NEED TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS.
