  First time going to UPS and being told they don’t accept outside emails to print documents. I had to pay $3 for them to print my “label” on a piece of copy paper. They also had to bring my phone behind the counter to do so? Absurd.

  Every time I come to this store I have a good time. I feel like this is one of the only businesses where it feels like the employees actually enjoy being there. They work so well together and are so friendly.

  I hauled a huge package after speaking with a rep over the phone for shipping. Only to have to return this huge package back home and then stating they are not able to ship it due to dry ice package.
