Which is why I’m rating a 5/5 but I would also like to mention that I was there for 3 hours ! Waiting for some business cards, and I was willing to wait because Nick was holding it down by himself even though he clearly needed assistance at times. His shift lead Sam was completely unprofessional and did not help his employee. I understand it was a busy day but instead of LEADING and helping his employers he just sits behind his computer and pretend to work. In management it’s your job to ensure you help your coworkers and help speed up the process with customers. I would also like to add he locked his customers in when it was time to close and made rude comments out loud that they’re getting out late and how customers aren’t saying “thank you”. So thank you to Nick who did an amazing job keeping his calm and attending all his customers. But I encourage upper management to coach there team leads to do better.

I brought two boxes inside a larger box to return, and the employee took the items inside but told me he couldn't take the outer box. It’s just a box; be courteous and throw it away with the rest of the packaging I’m sure they discard. There was another younger guy there who was the manager. I asked if they could take the box, and he also said no. When I mentioned it was just a box, he took it but said in a very disrespectful way, 'Calm down, calm down.' He needs to learn how to treat customers, especially if he is the 'manager.' You shouldn't work in customer service if you can't serve people the right way. This place has 3.8 stars, and now I see why.
