  The manager (Party City) is rude and not helpful. I wonder going back to that Staples. Young man at the register and young woman at the front door were friendly and helpful.

  I rarely go to Staples, but I stopped by today just to drop off an Amazon return, and I’m so glad I did. I had such an outstanding experience with Daniel from the Print & Office department. He was absolutely SUPERB—kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. Daniel guided me through the self-service printing process and went above and beyond by helping me set up the email and adjust the printout so it would fit properly on my package. When he noticed that my return was going through UPS, he even let me know that Staples accepts UPS drop-offs, saving me an extra trip! I usually don’t take the time to write store reviews, but Daniel truly deserves to be recognized and commended for his exceptional customer service. Nowadays, it can sometimes feel difficult to find store representatives who are genuinely friendly and willing to help, but Daniel completely changed that experience for me. He reminded me that excellent customer service still exists! I hope Staples recognizes Daniel for the outstanding work he does. Every store would be lucky to have employees like him. Thank you, Daniel, for going above and beyond—you made my visit easy, pleasant, and memorable. Five-star service all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Filthy store, used face mask on floor when I walked in and looks like store has never been vacuumed. Dont use the bathroom either.

  I don’t know what’s worse: the poor customer service from the staff, who don’t even bother to greet customers when they walk in, or the overall condition of the store. The restroom was so dirty that having to ask for the access code was the least of the problems. On top of that, the entire store looked messy, poorly maintained, and lacking basic cleanliness. I’ve visited other Staples locations, and unfortunately this was by far the worst one I’ve experienced. This wasn’t just one isolated issue—it felt like the entire store was neglected and there was little concern for the customer experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements. A clean store, well-maintained facilities, and courteous staff should be the minimum standard at any Staples location.

  I walked in to print. out some documents i needed. I have printed here before so I knew what to do for the most part. When I printed out my document it would just be a blank page saying sent from iphone. Which is when I went to ask this girl for help she just asked for my number and said that that BLANK piece of paper was all she saw. So again i was left to try and figure it out by myself. I then tried to send the email again which is when i noticed that i had received an email back that said that it was unable to print those documents. Again, my fault for not noticing the email but I am guessing this happens so I don’t understand why the girl did not tell me that sometimes the printers reject documents and instead let me struggle there for another 15 min and waste another 10 dollars. I then asked another worker if there was anything I could do to get it to work and he basically said idk.
