- KRKatlyn Rowe1 day ago1.0I sent my mail on the 29th, and had to go back to ask where the package is to be told nobody has picked it up 10 days later. Thankfully it made it but took 15 days. the box was destroyed and so many of my items were lost that was in the mail. If I could show photos here I would :/

Unfortunately, with the Normal, IL USPS, I am having issues with multiple damaged packages every week since I've moved. I'm not sure what's going on here, but I will be filing a formal complaint with the higher ups in USPS to investigate why the package handling team is playing kickball with my business's orders.
