- CBCharlotte BurnsMay 4, 20261.0I live in Arizona, and I have a friend that lives in Evergreen Senior Living in Normal. According to Google Maps and according to their front desk, the address is 1701 Evergreen Blvd. Every card I have sent to my friend has been returned to me as undeliverable and address unknown. This last time I actually went to the Post Office here to mail it and got a tracking number. It did it again, it got all the way to Normal. And now it's coming back to me again. So I believe I'm gonna have to have a conversation with the postmaster. I don't understand why this would be happening.

Its been almost a month since I've submitted a missing mail search. Im not even sure but they lost my package and there's not even anyone I can talk to besides customer support that is in no correlation to this location. Please don't use this post office unless you want lost packages lol. I hope I see my package one day.. or not..
- EEeileenFeb 7, 20261.0They don’t answer the phone. I tried to ask about my package because i didn’t want to get charged for it since its not a proper mailing box but a moving box. But I called and it just rang and rang and then it just sounded like a dead phone (like when someone hangs up on you and you hear that beeping). The in-person service is amazing, been there a couple times and i was in and out in seconds, i just wish they would answer their phone.
