- MBMargaret Butkus3 days ago5.0Stopped in to get help scheduling a passport appointment. Couldn't schedule online for no apparent reason other than I'm a Boomer and I refreshed, rebooted....tried every which way possible, and it still would not let me schedule. Not asking my Millennial sons because I don't want to hear the teasing....Boomer this, Boomer that, it's a wonder they made into adulthood with a schmuck Mom like me. Mark my words, those poor mopey Millennials will have their day! Those Gen Z's and Alphas will make mincemeat out of them. I digress, what I really want to say is the New Lenox USPS clerk April was so kind, patient and professional. I explained my dilemma, she understood and even though I did not have an appointment, she helped me file for a new passport. Even took a pic of me for my new passport. She was the BEST!!
