I’m glad it’s open on Sunday. The lady and the guy on counter were very helpful. I don’t understand why this post office doesn’t have better reviews, great customer service!

Last week we were told that the problem was us not receiving our mail was resolved. It’s been four days. We have things that need picking up the red flag is out. The mailbox is at our door as instructed what seems to be the problem now.

The people working here are very unprofessional and lazy. You demand for scan, they say they don’t want to scan, you offer to do their job for them, they still have excuses. Beware, don’t go there last minute because they won’t hesitate to close the door on you even if you were there before the store closes. No wonder why they ended up here coz of the attitude and lack of professionalism:

I have never been able to get in and out of this place in less than a half hour. The lines are always ridiculous, the people that work there hate their jobs and are rude and unwelcoming. Helping one person should not take 20 minutes unless you are going out of your way to purposely make people wait longer to avoid helping them. I do as much as I can from home and self serve and ship ups when I can, but my mailman is lazy and likes to leave notes in my mailbox for packages that require signatures saying that he missed me, when he didn't even attempt to deliver. I work from home and I would know if he tried to deliver. And I have a ring camera. He just doesn't like to get out of his truck. So I have no choice other than to go there to get my packages that should have been properly dealt with. I lose a good hour of my day every time this happens. Extremely frustrating.
