- MPMonica PatelAug 22, 20261.0I booked an appointment for my daughter’s passport at this location. We arrived 4 minutes after our appointment time and there were others being attended to when we entered the building. About 8 minutes after our appointment time one of the workers called us up. They told me we needed to reschedule our appointment because we were late. They said we had a 5 minute grace period. I explained we arrived within the 5 minute grace period but there was a line. They would not budge. They said we arrived after it. The 5 minute grace period is absurd and needs to be changed to 10 or 15 minutes to align with the grace period that is allowed at many other businesses. If the appointment was for myself I would have been there 15 minutes before the time. However, as it was for my 4 year old, I had to get her ready and also make sure my husband and 7 year old were ready. Other parents can probably sympathize that it is very hard to get everyone ready and out the door. Harder still when one parent has to carry all the load with completing the form, making the appointment, getting the passport photo and documents and then also needing to get everyone ready and out the door. I was nearly in tears when after all of that we were turned away. Please do better!

- BKBrit KMay 29, 20261.0I got married and changed my name with Social Security after waiting a month and a half for my appointment. My new card was FINALLY going to be delivered on 5/23/2026 per USPS Informed Delivery. It still has not come. I have a DMV appointment coming up to change my drivers license that I now have to cancel because the incompetent United States Postal Service has lost my SSN card. I can’t login to the SSA website to request a new card online because despite having a verified account, the website is saying my information cannot be verified. Now I have to wait until JULY for an appointment at Social Security just to get a new card and then wait god knows how long until I can get another DMV appointment. All because USPS lost my mail. Thank you SO MUCH for being so awful at your job. I also really appreciate that you’ve now put me at risk of identity theft since no one can tell me where my card is.
