You charge a premium price for document delivery, yet you failed to deliver my documents in proper condition. The documents arrived damaged by water and now contain visible stains. These are important official documents, and such negligence is completely unacceptable. When customers pay extra for secure and professional delivery, they expect their documents to be protected. Your poor handling has ruined my documents and caused unnecessary stress, delays, and additional expenses. I expected much better service. I would not recommend this service to anyone who needs important documents delivered safely.
