  Today, a boy working there saw I was carrying three boxes heavy enough that I had diffculty opening the door and I had to keep them on the floor. He asked me if they were Amazon returns to which he asked me to use the kiosk which then directed me back to the UPS staff. So I had to lift the heavy boxes to and fro twice. This has happened twice at this store. They should have the basic courtesy to help people out if they see them lugging things around with multiple items. Also the kiosks are not supposed to be for smaller items not big boxes. They are ready to help people with single items.

  Nicole at the 95th St naperville il location was amazing. I had 3 different items to be sent to 3 locations and I kept getting them mixed up. She never rushed me. She was very energetic helpful and smiling the whole time. You can truly tell she loves her job and loves helping people. Thank you Nicole for making it a great experience!!!!

  I went in today to return 3 packages and was kind of struggling carrying the boxes. Aiden was the gentleman that helped me and he was very polite and helpful. He taped my box and put the label on an was very patient while I looked up the qr codes on my emails. Sometimes returning things can be a hassle, but Aiden really made things easy. I'll continue to use this location in the future because it was a very pleasant experience.
