  Thank you CJ, Johnny, Thomas, and Marshall (I might be missing one more person!) for making sure all the stationery for my bridal shower was the correct color for my theme! Templates from Etsy/Canva can be tricky to color match, and I appreciate all the work you did!

  Went to this location for the tsa precheck application process. I completed everything online but needed to do the fingerprints and picture. I'm not sure what the point of an appt time is when it's not honored. I had to wait an hour and 10 minutes past my assigned time to even begin. It was absolutely horrendous. Also the whole experience was extremely uncomfortable with the person working the appts. The person kept talking to themself and repeating things more than 5 times. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Never returning to this place for anything.

  We bought staples ergonomic chairs which helps with long sitting hours in my home office. The ergonomic mesh chair is really comfortable and helps with back and neck support. I would recommend this product. W e visited the store in Naperville and explored multiple chair options which were on display. My recommendation is always try the chairs before buying them and staples Naperville is a great place to try them out.

  The are understaffed here. Also the print arrive is more confusing that it needs to me. Otherwise their offerings are terrific, just expect to spend longer here than you think you will.

  DO NOT BOOK TSA PRECHECK BY CLEAR AT THIS LOCATION!!! To preface, I’ve been in customer service for 15 years. RARELY do I have a complaint or run short of patience. Nothing in this review is exaggerated and if staples feels the need to respond they can check their camera times to verify my experience. The appointment time I booked was from 10:10-10:20. I arrived at 10:05, I was taken at 10:25, and left by 11:05. I had my infant with me (as I thought it would only take 10 minutes) which made the process more stressful. He spent 10 minutes verifying my information was the same between my birth certificate, marriage license and drivers license. When it came to scanning my documents, he scanned my birth certificate twice and spent 15 minutes cropping it to the millimeter. Scanned my marriage license 6 times. Said “the font was too small to read”. Mind you, this is a certified Kane County marriage license which I’m sure hundreds of other people have registered with. By the time he scanned it the 5th time, it was 10:50. I asked how much longer as my son was in a hot store, and started fussing and crying. He said 10 more minutes. Then scanned it again. When it got to my fingerprints, that was the fastest part, as I did that myself. After my fingerprints, I took the opportunity to fill in the rest of the assessment - which had 4 pages left. I’m sure I wasn’t allowed to, but I kept clicking continue and adding my signature which took me less than a minute. My child was screaming. Asked if I get a confirmation it was sent, he said yes, then I booked it out of there. By the time I left there were 6 people waiting. My husband had the same documents (minus the marriage license) and took them to the Glen Ellen location. He was IN AND OUT within 7 MINUTES. I will not recommend this location to anyone. It gave me PTSD. If I could give this a negative 5 I would.
