I closed thousands of Real Estate transactions over the last 20 years, but wrote an review on the title company only once.
- SGSharon GoodwinApr 26, 20211.0Horrible experience. They are so over the top paranoid about Covid that apparently they have totally lost site of the fact that I am their customer. For our closing my husband wanted to accompany me to the room for signing of the papers. He is the financial guy in our family. They said the office manager would have to approve it. She apparently said no because we had to go down to the lobby of the building and sign things there. How unprofessional! I’d advise using a title company who appreciates your business and treats you accordingly.

They made me wait almost 20 minutes before they acknowledge my presence in their office & the only people there were for my closing! They were very uncommunicative & made me wait 30+ minutes after I signed all the paperwork without explaining why.
