I asked for what kind of envelopes I can use for documents and I wanted to see all types so I can choose, the employee showed me only one envelope and when I asked if there are any other types of envelopes, he got annoyed and started insulting me by telling that how can a paper envelope gets destroyed or vet, asked me more questions and told me I have watched too much YouTube and I don’t have common sense. It would be better if FedEx start hiring people with little more intelligence so they don’t judge their customer’s intelligence and their right to choose what kind of package they want to choose for their sensitive materials/stuff. Will never come back to this location. After posting above review, I checked what other people have wrote. Now I can see that every other Indian person was treated same way and I can now see that Rodolfo guy is racist and treats people with color in very insulting way. I have never been treated like this in the United States before. I hope FedEx actually look at how many people have posted such complain and replace him with someone decent. This is our local walmart in Naperville area with very high Indian population. I hope we call out individuals with racist mindset towards any other person, doesn’t matter what race they belong to. This is 2026, come on, this is the least we can do. Please FedEx, do something about this!

At first glance on Google Maps, I wasn't sure if the location was inside Walmart or not, but I can confirm, it is in Walmart. Very clean, professional staff and they were able to fit my order in the smallest box to keep the price down for delivery.
