- DBDave BraskJun 1, 20265.0We're midway between Lake Zurich and Mundelein but we almost always go to Mundelein because we feel the service is better and we don't have confidence in the Lake Zurich office. We lived in Long Grove for 25 years and weren't impressed with the lake Zurich branch, we are much happier with Mundelein and especially our delivery guy Andrew.

I live in Grayslake, but it is worth it for me to drive to Mundelein because I know the packages will be sent out timely and the staff is very nice. They have excellent hours on the Saturday when mail is still sent out at 4:30 pm.

The staff are so extremely helpful and friendly. I will say that the one thing that I would love to see is if they would rebuild this post-office as it is very old and out dated, other than that the staffing here is what makes it so great to come here.
