I was expecting a delivery between June 3rd and 5th, and today the 10th it still hasn't arrived. Every day the status updates to "delivery tomorrow," even though I paid for the service.
It’s a huge disappointment.

I have interacted with the gentleman inside the post office twice and he has been friendly and informative, hence the reason for two stars. The annex, however, is a different situation. I bought the home a few weeks ago and during the move the postal carrier yelled at me out of his vehicle and asked if I was going to use the mailbox by the house. Yes, of course. I'm thinking why wouldn't I? He delivered my mail two to three times after that. I was waiting for a package and looked it up on USPS by the tracking number. It said it was being held at the post office by customer request. Obviously I had not done this so I called. The post office referred me to the annex. When I spoke with the lady she said, "we were waiting for you to call." Apparently the prior owner had a hardship and was unable to walk to the road to get her mail. The annex lady said they had informed the prior owners (lady died, kids sold house) that the mailbox would have to be moved by the road. They didn't inform me, which is fine. My question is why didn't the post office put a note or their diagram in my mailbox stating they WOULD not deliver mail because the mailbox needed to be moved to the road? Why did I have to call to figure it out? When I picked up my mail at the annex the gentleman said they COULD not deliver my mail and I would have to pick it up at the annex until I got an appropriate mailbox by the road. It's not the fact that they cannot deliver mail because they can and have. It's the fact that they won't deliver mail. That's fine. My issue is why wasn't I informed in the first place and why did the mail carrier ask me if I was going to use the mailbox by the house? The lady at the annex said he was new and she would have a talk with him. I'm also looking at their diagram and my neighbor's mailbox across the street. His mailbox is completely leaning which is against their regulations. Just be honest. Inform your new customers if there's an issue with their mailbox by leaving a notice in their mailbox. Don't wait for them to have to call you to figure out that there's an issue. Totally inefficient but completely expected.

I’m not coming back here unless I absolutely have to! I came 5 minutes before closing time the day after President’s Day, and they had already closed the shipping counter. When I asked if they would possibly still take a package since it was still before closing time they didn’t answer even though I could hear them talking. Then they were super rude to another customer that came in and tried to ask them to ship something too. This place does not have customer service.

This is the third time I have received mail, that is intentionally opened. Its always the credit card mail too.
I'm getting very tired of it.

It would be great if they would put packages delivered by the front door. The last time they delivered a package they put the package in water and put ruts in my yard. Today they delivered one and it is roasting in the sun. I even put a note in the mailbox so they would not put it in the same place as last time....and they did.
