- MFMichelle FoxSep 17, 20261.0This is a great place to go if you have no where else you need to be. On multiple occasions all at different times of the day, the wait times are unbelievable. At 10:30A on a Thursday, I watched two individuals each take 15+ minutes with the single clerk who was working. The paper signs plastered around telling people to not leave packages wouldn't be necessary if they could manage helping more than 3 people every hour. Incredibly disappointing, and I suggest everyone visit any other USPS office because this one cannot seem to manage customers with any sort of efficiency.

- MKM KAug 19, 20263.0They are now closing the front desk clerk lobby at 4:30pm and sometimes 5 pm and forcing people to use the self-service kiosk. They put a hand written note on the glass doors and don't pay attention to the customers out in the common area unless you are angry about something. Luckily, one of the times, a clerk did take my packages without me having to put them in the bin. I was thankful for that.
