  Worst location ever! Once again CLOSED even though it isn't even 5pm and their hours state open until 7pm. Too bad no one from UPS cares of such poor customer service

  Had to return a pkge to AT&T. Lee St. store wouldn't take it. Isaiah was very accommadating and helpful to us. Send it off with no trouble.

  I don’t even know where to begin with how awful this store is. Before visiting, I had read several reviews mentioning how rude the man at the front desk is (he told me he is also the owner). After my experience, I can confidently say those reviews were absolutely accurate. This wasn’t just poor customer service—it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I strongly recommend avoiding this location. I only wish there were a way to report this kind of behavior directly to UPS. Here’s what happened. The store provides plastic bags for Amazon return customers to self-pack eligible items. I accidentally packaged one of my returns incorrectly and asked if I could reprint my label at the kiosk and use another bag to repack it. Instead of simply explaining the policy or helping me, he immediately started scolding me, saying I had wasted his money by using an extra plastic bag. We’re talking about a bag that costs only a few cents. He started behaving very rude with me. The issue wasn’t the bag or the money—it was the way he treated me. When I told him he had no right to speak to customers like that, he replied, “I don’t know who else to blame.” I then asked where I could report his behavior, and he responded that he was the owner and there was nobody else to report him to. I’ve been to countless UPS Stores and shipping centers over the years, and this was, without question, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. If customers are treated this disrespectfully over a plastic bag worth a few cents, I can’t imagine how more serious situations are handled. If you value being treated with basic courtesy and respect, do yourself a favor and take your business to another UPS Store. In my opinion this person is absolutely a bad person!
