- JMJennifer Magnone2 days ago5.0I want to take this opportunity to recognized the spectacular service that I've been receiving from Zach on a consistent basis. I have a system of sending my packages 📦. He's made the process of sending them seamless & together we're able to accomplish the task in a timely manner. Zach's always friendly, professional & thorough. I'm thankful in knowing that my packages 📦 are going to arrive to the right recipients. 🙏 Especially with my receipt 🧾 as a reference. I'm always so incredibly happy when I walk into the Post 🏣 Office & Zach is working. I'd also like to recognize the manager Amy. The last time I was there, she was so incredibly patient, helpful & understanding as I was able to locate many of my QR Codes. But I had difficulty locating several others. I stepped aside to allow her to take care of other customers. When I was finally able to locate the codes, she was able to finish up my task. I breathed a small sign of relief that I didn't have to come back. Her patience was immeasurable. I'm beyond grateful for both of them & the Mt Morris Post 🏣 Office for servicing my needs with friendliness, professionalism, knowledge and top notch service. I have a request to the City of Mt Morris. Please put in a ramp. It would make it much more accessible for many people who have special needs.

Ever since I made a point that they need to deliver my stuff no matter what, I've been getting my mail purposefully delayed out of spite. I package that arrived at the office at 630am on a Thursday is being delayed until the following Tuesday? Makes no sense and this small town post office is on a power trip
