- MMMermaid24Apr 30, 20261.0I’ve been coming here for few times and I decided to put this review now because I’ve experienced the same attitude from the front desk guy every time. He seems like he hates his job and doesn’t have any customer service skills. He always seems to be bothered when asked I asked questions such as those regarding shipping and passport renewal. I’m not sure how their Human Resource staff handles customers’ complaints but one of the main and simplest job requirements for a front desk job is to have customer service skills and if that’s not provided by the same employee then that says a lot about the culture and standards of their hiring practices.

In addition, the staff were rude and unprofessional when communicating the cancellation. I expect better planning and customer service for confirmed appointments.

Normally I check reviews before I go anywhere unfortunately I didn’t check the reviews for this post office and it was a nightmare. The desk guy clearly hates his job and everybody who comes through the door. I just hope my mail gets where it belongs and I’m really uncomfortable that I had anything mailed there. Now I have to be on pins and needles hoping my mail actually gets delivered where it belongs. What is the world coming to when you can’t trust your local Post Office.
