- JFJonathan Fischer1 day ago1.0Staff is rude, somehow looses letters that are scanned into Morris per Informed Delivery, will tell you, "Oh we will look into it" then never do anything like 3 times a month, damages half of what gets sent in, and somehow takes 2 months to deliver a letter from Morris to Morris. Just use UPS, this place is really bad
