- SJStephen JAug 28, 20201.0We ship out a high volume of domestic packages a week through this location. Many times the package is not scanned into USPS' tracking system. The customer still gets the order - after 2-5 weeks of waiting - but the tracking system still says "Pre-Shipment." Meanwhile, the customer tends to think that we are trying to defraud them and USPS customer service has no better information than to say that the package was never given to USPS.
